Is there any chance to download this in iTunes or something like this? I don’t like streaming tutorials that much.

Thanks Michael. That was a great supplement to Episode 52, and I just happen to be in the middle of a forms project that will benefit greatly from some of the ideas you imparted.
Plus, it was a fun change-up watching you handle the adversities of a “live TV” situation. Ya know…Acrobat never crashes like that on my Windows PC, (wink).

I’ve tried the radio button thing and can never get it to recognize multiple, horizontal rows of ‘yes’ ‘no’ requests. Acrobat maps the buttons vertically so you can only choose one ‘yes’ in a column of yeses. Everything else works fine, if you follow exactly Micheal’s procedure. All buttons must have a space only between it and the text accompanying it. Also you must insert the radio buttons via Anchored Object from the Object menu. That is what I mean by exact. Note: I’m using ID CS4 on Windows XP Home, SP 2.

Sorry, Johnnie. It’s a streaming video only. No downloads. There will be a “real” Episode 53 that covers the remaining parts of the form design process, but the e-seminar actually covers more, including the distribution and management of forms by Acrobat.com.

Johnnie P. You could try a free 30 day trial of Camtasia studio and record that streaming video if you really want it. All you need is some quiet time, a microphone and the Camtasia software.

I’d like to point out that most of this only works in Acrobat 9. In Acrobat 8, you only have the option to send the form via email. (And it has to have a submit button. I tried creating a form in Acrobat 8, and when you click ‘Distribute Form’ you get a message about the form not having a submit button.)
