Hi Michael

This podcast has nearly saved me so many hours.

I work with large documents coming from word. Some of the text that comes to me has to be put in red warning boxes.

I have set up to search for the relevent paragraph style and insert a red text object box as your example shows

BUT what I want to do is automate the placing of the relevent text into my red warning boxes. Currently What I would have to do is text the text and paste it into the newly inserted warning boxes

Any ideas

Hi, Michael
Episode 45 is just great. Thanks for that.
I wonder if it is possible to get the text and pictures to try this on my own. Of course I could use any text or pics but I just love this album story.

Many thanks for your podcast.

Sadly, the answer is no. Anchored Objects are always in front.

I would like to know if there is a way to anchor object that can go behind the text of a text frame. It seems that anchored object goes always to the front. For example if I have some custom vector shape that I would like to be around the title that is a part of a normal text within the text frame. I would like to be anchored to that title and behind it so I can actually see the text.

Here are some links to other GREP resources:

The GREP reference files built into Bare Bones Software's BBEdit.

I was also asked if it's possible to actually see the file name during a multi-file Place operation. While this isn't part of the feature itself in InDesign, Anne-Marie Concepcion come up with a clever way to work around this limitation. Read Anne-Marie's post on InDesignSecrets.com.
